We offer 24 hour after-sales service on line to receive any problems feedback from customers. We also provide a 10-year warranty for the factory spring mattresses. During the warranty period, if any quality problems caused by the factory are found, corresponding compensation will be made. First of all, when we receive feedback from customers about after-sales, we will recommend that customers provide relevant pictures and videos so that we can verify the details of the problem and determine whether the problem can be repaired at the customer's location. If it cannot be repaired, we will continue to judge whether this problem is a quality problem caused by improper use or a quality problem caused by the factory. If it is caused by improper use, we generally will not compensate but we would offer accessories and corresponding suggestions. If the quality is caused by the factory, we will compensate this product with deducting it in next order.
